Our story

Born from a passion for Parisian street food.

pouflé started as a pop-up, born from a conviction that San Francisco deserved a dedicated croffle — laminated croissant dough in a waffle iron, pressed to a crisp, caramelised finish.

We operate as a no-hood kiosk using waffle-format equipment, which lets us bring the concept to Market Street without the build-out of a full kitchen. Every item is composed from scratch, in full view of the counter.
